Won't upgrade

Every time I try to install the v2 upgrade, it fails
telling me that it "can't open database". When I checked
the knowledge base, it tells me the workaround is to
coppy the files
in "C:\Windows\RegisteredPackages\{60BFF50D-FB2C-4498-
A577-C9548C390BB9}" but there is only one folder in
my "Packages" directory, and that ain't it (it's for
WMP), so I can't use the workaround they suggest.

Any other ideas? -*- Tom -*-
