Won't Open

Yesterday, I had no problem using IE6. Today, the program
won't open at all. My DSL is working as I am able to get
into Outlook Express and send email with no problem. No
one else in my office is having a problem with it. I have
tried reinstalling it. I have restarted the computer
several times. I don't get any error messages. It just
doesn't open when I click on it. Please help!! Thanks.
