IE6 Won't Open

Dave

I have a station running windows 2000 Pro, SP4. The ie6
browser won't open at all. It was working fine, then
stopped. I scanned for spyware a few days earlier and
remove some items. Used Ad-Aware 6.0, browser worked fine
after scan. If I login with a different user profile, ie6
works fine, log back in with my current user profile, ie6
won't open, no error, no hour glass!!! I copied my user
profile to a newly created user account and the problem
follows. Where can I fix the profile-registery, to fix
ie6????? I even reinstalled sp4 and reinstalled ie6 sp1.
Can anyone help with this problem.

Thanks,
Dave

and WinSockFix
