won't open

Since loading XP I've had a problem clicking on email address on a web page
and getting them to open a email.
I get another box open to say how do you want to setup you email account.
I can send and receive, no problems just when trying to reply to a email
address on any web page.

Any help please.

Make sure your default e-mail program is set correctly;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
