Won't boot into Aero

Since first installing Vista Ultimate months ago, my laptop will not boot
right into Aero Glass. I have to manually do it every time. My video card
obviously supports Aero Glass as I have no difficulty after changing to it
once booting is complete. My default scheme is Areo Glass.
