Aero Glass Interface

When I first put Vista on my computer I had Aero Glass Interface and now I
don't. My video card is running fine, I look in Device manager and
everything looked fine and I have the same amount of Mb of RAM which is 128,
so what could be the problem? Is there any way to test my video card to see
if it will do the Aero Glass Interface because maybe something happened to
my video card and I might need a new one?

I lose mine every once in a while (use a program that doesn't like it, and
it turns it off). You can try turning it back on by right clicking your
desktop, Personalization, Windows Color and Appearance, Classis and turn
Aero on in there (Windows Aero for Color Scheme).
