Why don't I have Windows Aero?

I have 96 MB of Video RAM, 512 MB of RAM, 3GHz Processor, and 40 GB hard
drive. I cannot use Flip 3D, Taskbar Thumbnails, Alt+Tab Thumbnails, and
Aero Glass. Any way to fix it?

Proper video device drivers installed?

Can you be more specific with the make/model of the video device and driver
details?

You need a minimum of 128MB of video memory to get Aero.

Aero is a chocolate bar filled with bubbles.

A good graphics card would solve the problem of the OP, but would cost more
than the rig described would be worth.
