wmplayer needs help....

Hi,

I'm having problem with my Media Player, everytime i insert a DVD i keep
having this error, see below;

AppName: wmplayer.exe AppVer: 10.0.0.3646 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001142e


I'm in need of your help, pls help me tackle this error.

I have two DVD Drive on the system, 1 x used as slave (Samsung DVD/CD Rom),
1 x used as master (Sony DVD R/W, Dual layer). I also have Power DVD, Direct
CD/DVD, and Nero application onto the system, I currently used Win XP Pro
with SP2, and I also used Nvidia Geforce 6 6600 GT PCI-E (graphic card) 128Mb.

Can this be on of the reason why I'm having problem with the media player?

I have tried that many times updating drivers and even re-installing the
player, it just wouldn't work. Any other suggestion?
