wmplayer error...pls help.

Hi,

I'm having problem with my Media Player, everytime i insert a DVD i keep
having this error, see below;

AppName: wmplayer.exe AppVer: 10.0.0.3646 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001142e



I'm in need of your help, pls help me tackle this error.

You did not mention the Operating System that you have installed, but it
probably would help and possibly resolve your problem if you upgraded your
WMP. Open WMP and click on "Help" and "Check for Upgrades".

I currently used WinXP Pro. I'v tried doing the upgrade but still no luck.
Is there any other more ways?

I also forget to mention, I have two DVD Drive on the system, 1 x used as
slave (Samsung DVD Rom), 1 x used as master (Sony DVD writer, Dual layer). I
also have Power DVD, Direct CD/DVD, and Nero application on my system,
(currently used Win XP Pro).

Can this be the problem why I'm having problem with the media player?
