Just installed a 3Com USB wireless adapter to work with a 3Com wireless
modem/router. After a bit of trial and error got it working but now after a
power on or restart from standby I get this message:
"Wireless Zero Configuration
Wireless LAN is controlled by Windows Zero Configuration. Do you want to
use Wlan as the wireless LAN configuration tool?"
I click no because the adapter has it's own configuration tool. It then
seems to work OK but why am I getting this message, I have no idea what it's
about or how to stop it appearing?
Should add that I also have a wireless enabled laptop which virtually set
itself up and works flawlessly with the same modem/router.
I have RTFM but none the wiser after it.
Anty advice appreciated.
