Does XP Home have services.msc?

I know XP Home doesn't have gpedit.msc.. does it still have services.msc?

I bought an Acer Revo.. you know little nettop unit. It's slow as balls, but
it's good enough for my Girlfriend's Daughter to surf the web, etc.

I bought a Netgear USB Wireless-G adapter, but their software won't run for
some reason.

They suggest to run Wireless Zero Configuration by going into services.msc.

I'm at work right now looking for solutions before I get home from work..
does XP Home have services.msc even?

Yes.

Also consider the unit might be slow for other reasons, including:

- malware

- too many programs/processes running for the amount of RAM installed

It is important to determine if the PC is slow, or just the connection!

Yes,

Type services.msc into the RUN box and click OK.

The default Startup Type for the "Wireless Zero Configuration" Service in
Windows XP is :

Default XP Home: Automatic (Started)
