wireless vs wired networking

How can I force XP to use the wired network connection when it is connected
instead of using the wireless LAN?

Right now it seems that if both are available, it just picks one and uses
it. I want to force it to use the wired LAN when I am connected to it and
use the wireless when I'm not. Can this be done?
 
Go to Control Panel -> Network Connections then disable the wireless.
