Wireless Mouse with Vista

I have Vista on a new notebook and I got the "Microsoft" Wireless Notebook
Optical Mouse 3000. Using this wireless mouse disables the screensaver,
sleep, and hibernation mode on the computer. I double checked this by
switching to a mouse that is wired to the computer and all worked fine. Does
anyone know how to make the screensaver and all work with the wireless mouse?

With the wireless mouse connected, go to Windows Update and install the
'HID' update.. This will fix the screensaver problem..
