winxp prof - slow shutdown - update/hotfix

Hi!

I have a problem with my notebook computer. The shutdown is very slow. I
know this problem from a previous installation of win xp prof (sp2).
I solved it with downloading a hotfix for slow shutdowns post(!) SP2. There
is an update that sloves the problem but I cannot find it anymore... Anyone
who knows where I can find it (please, no link for the knowledge base -
seach engine is terrible)
