Very slow shutdown

Hi,

I recently installed Win2k Server DC with SP4 and lots of hotfixes on a HP
Proliant ML350 G4P using 3 72Gi. SCSI HD on a raid 5. I don't know when
exactly this occured but since applying hotfixes the server is very slow to
shutdown. I mean at least 8 minutes!!!! Tough I found and read few solutions
on the Web regarding this issue which menitonned a couple of hotfixes that
would create that problem, removing them didn't solve the problem. I have
another Win2k server on which the same problem appeared long time ago after
applying an hotfix though this one is a bit faster on the shutdown process.
How can I fix that?

Thanks in advance.

Well it appears that it could be anything... Thanks anyway for your help. I
know it has something to do with service packs because it was shutting down
fine until I began installing SP4 and hotfixes...
