Keep rebooting win2k server!

Hi,
I installed Win2k Server on HP Proliant DL380 using Smart Start CD. I
updated all windows updates and load Norton Coporate Antivius. I have 6 SCSI
HDD all in one big partion with RAID 5. I have same setup on other server I
donot have any problem. Now it gives me error message "unknown harderror"
after this error message my serve keeps freezing and I cann't do any thing.
And it comes another count down message NT Security system
"C:\winnt\system32\services.exe unexpected shutdown error 128" and computer
will reboot.
I scan for viruse and spyware but it could not find any thing.
Can somebody help me out.
