Error with cmd.exe

Hi ,

In our organization one server gives error with cmd.exe "cmd.exe-application
Error" -->"The application failed to initialize properly(0*c0000142). Click
on OK to terminate the application" whenever run any application.

I have reinstalled O.S to resolve this problem but no favour.

Please find below details for reference.

Hardware configration.
RAM:1GB
Processor: Intel P4 HT Technology;

Operating system:
windows 2000 server with SP4,
IE 6 with SP1

Google Desktop Search

Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

Your machine could be infected by a virus. You may have
to perform a clean installation onto a formatted hard disk
instead of a repair installation over the top of the existing
installation.
