Cannot get any to load,just get"No Updates Were Installed"
No error number,nothing.here is the updates.

It's a bad idea imo to install online. Microsoft advises that
you should use a User or PowerUser account for all online
work. Using this User account, download the update files.
Offline, check them with your anti-virus scanning software
using the Admin account. Backup your system files, anti-
virus and firewall disabled. Install the updates offline using
your Admin account (some programs do not install
properly without the Admin account), anti-virus disabled.
