I have noticed this file has been added to my computer
yesterday and was running I stopped it and run norton
antivirus but it does not show it as a virus. Any idea
what it is.

Is the file named win32x.exe (not winS32x.exe)? If so you
MAY be dealing with a Trojan type virus.Check to see if
it starts with windows (start>run>msconfig--startup tab).
Are you firewalled? If so, check to see if this program
is trying to connect out or is receiving connections in.
Also, do an online scan of you computer to check for open
ports.....one of these should help:

http://grc.com/intro.htm
Rename or move the file....if no other program is
affected....then delete it.
