Wins service ok, insite manage console problems

In my server I have wins, dhcp, dns and IIS services running, only in wins I
have problems, the service is running, I can stop and reinit, but I want to
mannage it, de mmc shout it with red flag.
I reinstall this service, incluse I delete the carpet wins insite of
system32 and install againt it.
The mensenge error is "can find wins server"
What can I do?

add/remove programs -> windows components -> wins

Right click my computer, manage, services, wins
