winmgmt.exe running VERY high??

I have SBS 2000 and winmgmt.exe is running very high. It seems to cause the
CPU to bounce from 5% to 55% and then to 100%. What could be causing this?
I ran various virus protections on it and even rebooted it, but the processor
is going crazy with this process. Any suggestions?

If you are not running the latest service pack, apply it.

Otherwise, I am out of ideas.

Yeah I did that already and it still is bouncing around and killing the cpu.
Any other suggestions?
