Very high CPU temperature, how can i fix it?

I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and the problem is that i got very high idle temperature (60-65 degrees).
It cannot be my cooler because i already tested it. I even applied new thermo paste.
What confuses me is that my CPU temperature in games is 70 degrees.
Can someone help me?

Doesn’t seem that high to be fair.
