HI,
I have a Laptop using Vista.
Lately I can not start Win mail with the following errors:
1) on startup:
It seems to take a while to set the Desktop, and then a message appears
saying:
"Winmail.exe -unable to locate Component.â€
This application has failed to start because inetcomm.dll was not found.
Re-installing the Application may fix this problem."
When I press OK another error message comes up saying:
"Windows Mail could not start because MSOE.DLL could not be found"
I believe this is caused by a corrupt user, but not sure
Is there a way to fix this issue? Or re Install Win Mail?
I tried setting a new Profile, but had the same error on startup.
Then there is a message saying: “Your User Profile was not loaded correctlyâ€
(You have been logged on with temporary Profile…….)
Thank you for your help
Or

WIll I be able to retrieve all old Emails?
I'm getting this error about my User Profile not loading correctly....I then
get another application error (ArcadeDeluxAgent.exe failed to
initialize......)
I think I need to try to fix the User Profile, as I also find that the "My
Documents" is empty. (when I go to C:\users\myname\Documents, I can see my
documents....)
Can you assist me further with this issue?
Thank you.

Yes, when installing Windows Live Mail, it will automatically import
all your Windows Mail accounts, settings, and emails.

"My Documents" is not meant to be accessed by users.
It is there for compatibility with some older Windows programs.
All your documents should reside in the Documents folder.

Hopefully those other error messages will go away after installing
Windows Live Mail.

Thank you Gary,
I was hopping installing Mail Live as you recommended will fix the issue,
but when I tried installing the Software I received an error......
I for now restored the Laptop to its original state, after doing a manual
backup of all Data.
Again, thank you for your help.

Sounds like your computer was due for a total restore.
Good to hear that fixed it.
