Wininet retries POST requests with a blank header

When going to a message board, it says that if you have
IE 6, there is a bug in it that affects websites like
theirs.
The signs now point to a bug in Microsoft's Internet
Internet Explorer 6 SP1. You can read about the problem
here.

I read the description at the link and I do not
understand exactly what happens. I was hoping that
someone could explain it and whether or not I should
download the files.

Not unless you have a problem.

If you do before you use this patch please post it and give us the exact
error message you are getting.
