i recently did a recovery on my hard drive. i told me to afterwards go to start>all programs>software setup. the software setup doesnt exist. i need to install this to play DVDs. thank yo

WinDVD is not part of WindowsXP, your manufacturer should have provided some
means of recovering this application, check your system documentation.
