SP2 RC1 is supposed to be released to public today.
Anybody knows if it has been done,

You have the correct URL, but my guess is it will not be active until
Microsoft opens as its only 5:40 am here. I am not sure if the RC1 offer is
for the general public or just TechNet subscribers as most of the info has
come from TechNet and I believe that will also be the download site. Hope
you have Broadband...Dial-up might take you some time
