cant get printer to print nothing but pink

You are out of ink, or if that is not the case, the ink head is pluged. Put
cartrage head (the part that the ink comes out), in a little warm water for
10 or 15 min, wipe and try again.

sounds like your color cartridge is dead. or check your
printer properties (start, printers & faxes, click on
printer icon, file, properties, color management). Is it
printing pink graphics, too, or just text? If it's just
text, check your font, format, color.
After that I'm out of ideas.
