COLOUR NOT PRINTING

I have just replaced the colour cartridge (BCI-21) in a
Canon BJC-2100SP printer and have cleared the nozzles,
done print test pages but blue colour is coming out pink
and photos I've scanned come out all pink.
Can anyone help?

Probably time to replace the print head itself (BC-21e).....

Do a couple of cleaning cycles first to see if that clears it up though.
