Windows XP SP3....Need Windows XP SP2 to run program

SP3 "includes" SP2. If you have SP3, you also have SP2 and even SP1.

Do you have the latest version of WMM?

When you try to run WMM, what happens? Does it start? Does some feature not
work right? Please describe exactly what is happening, including exact error
message, and someone here may help.
