Windows XP, SP3, IE7 IEFRAME.DLL Has A Vista File Version

I recently uninstalled XP SP3, uninstalled IE7, reinstalled XP sp3 and
reinstalled IE7.

Using Resource Hacker to look at the attributes of IEFRAME.DLL the following
displayed :
Product Version 7.00.6000.16640
File Version 7.00.6000.16640 (vista_gdr.080213-1606)

Why does an IE7 for XP have a dll from Vista?
Is there another E7FRAME.DLL for XP SP3 that can be downloaded?

Thanks

From where did you download IE7? Are you experiencing any issues with IE7?

Right-click on C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\IEFRAME.DLL <=this file | Properties |
Version: If it's v7.00.6000.16640, all is well, despite what Resource Hacker
might say.
