Dear All,
I am having a PC (Pentium 4 HT 3.0 GHz) with dual boot configuration
Windows XP SP2 and Solaris 10.
Recently i have installed Windows Media Player 11 on it.
My PC resets automatically unexpectedly.
It happens suddenly after reboot or at times when i am not using it
and just hearing songs using Windows Media Player 11.
What may be the problem? Do guide.

My son's PC had a similar fault & tests showed that the hard drive had died.
Regards Mike.

Use System Restore to go back to before WMP11 was installed.

Ya, I restored old Windows Media player and now it wont restart.
So is this the problem related to Windows Media Player 11? Is this a
bug?
