windows xp professional installed program twice

I have installed windows xp pro twice on my computer,so now when I turn my
computer on I have to choose which program i want to use. how do i remove one
program. my computer has 2 hard drives. Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're referring to the Operating System selection screen at startup:

Just remove the additional entry from Boot.ini file. See:
