Windows XP problems

Hi,
I have several problems, with my newly installed Windows
XP.
When I start up my machine I get several error messages
after I log on:
-"rundll32.exe - Unable to Locate Component" on top
and "This application failed to start because framedyn.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the
problem."
-"winlogon.exe - Unable to Locate Component" on top
and "This application has failed to start because
COMRes.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem."
-"RUNDLL" on top and "Error loading srclient.dll. The
specified module could not be found.

When I go to add/Remove Windows Components I get the
following error message:
-"Setup library comsetup.dll could not be loaded, or
function OcEntry could not be found. Contact your system
administrator. The specific error code is 0x7e."

When I restart my computer I get:

and "This application has failed to start because
COMRes.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem."

Please help me, in any of these problems. I thank you in
advance for any help.
