WINDOWS XP PRO WITH JAPANESE USERS

-- I am to purchase for the company a new desktop with windows xp pro english
built already installed , then install office 2007 , to acommodate a Japanese
user , what in addition should I Install ? and how and what settings should I
set ?, am I right in believing that i only have to add a japanese input
langauge then set it to something known as ime standard , what about
japanese fonts ?????????, or do i have to add an ofice xp tool (japanese
language pack) as well as just adding a japanese input language .
any help and guidance would be appreciated
