Windows XP on 4-way machine

Is it possible to install Windows XP Pro (32 or 64 bit) on a 4-way
processor machine? Would appreciate if you could response to this query
and if you have documentation, much better.

Windows XP Pro 32 bit would only recognize 2 of the 4 processors.
