Hi,

My computers Hard disk was crashed last month then i have taken all the backup of data from computer.
windows XP was installed on my system, I have replaced the hard disk and reinstall the XP but now some of the CD/DVDs are not readable by XP, i mean now some CD/DVDs show nothing in it even there is data,
and not shows any errors..

Please let me know if there any tool that may recover the data from them there is very important data.

You could try use something like Recuva..It's a pretty handy tool for recovering lost data from HDD, CD, DVD and Floppy disks.

Re-installed your burning software ?
If the discs aren't closed it's common for them not to be read correctly unless the software is installed.
