Windows XP & Lacie External HD Copying Problems

Hello,

I am using a DELL XPS laptop running Windows XP. I have a Lacie External
250GB Hard Drive system that I am using to copy my files to. I connect
via FireWire. During the copy process (drag and drop) the Lacie systems
hangs. It works on anohter XPS laptop I am using. What could be the
problem and how can I resolve it? Thanks.

Have you installed SP2 ?
