I recently bought a new computer and gave my old one to my aunt. Is it
illegal to allow her to use my copy of WIN XP that came with the computer?
And if not can I change all the registration information to her name?

No. What makes you think it would be illegal?

Not necessary.

The above shows the one of the reasons I hate WPA and WGA and MS should
be ashamed of themselves for being so greedy and having complete
disregard for their paying customers.

The copy of XP that came installed on the PC you are giving to your aunt
should go with the PC to your aunt. The copy of XP that came on your
new computer will only be used on the new computer.

Now a days it seems that the computer hardware and
Microsoft OEM operating systems are single units.
According to my EULA this can be done.
The link to change names is below.
