Windows XP fax

After receiving multiple page faxes, I'm unable to locate/view any pages past
page #1. Where did they go?

What makes you think they went anywhere? Post relevant details. State how
you are viewing the fax and what program is your default for TIF files.

Hmmm....poor computer speak: sorry. When I click on the newly received fax, I see page one of however many pages were in the transmission. Apparently I don't understand the program well enough to figure out how to view the remaining pages of the fax. I'm used to years of using WinFaxPro, which I cannot reinstall as something I can't locate is lingering from the required uninstall, thereby not allowing me to reinstall. I realize this is two separate issues, but if I could resolve issue #1, I won't need to deal with issue #2.

o, ya...clicking on the newly received fax opens Microsoft Office Picture
Manager as the viewing platform.

Wrong viewer. To view faxes from the Fax Console, you need to use use the
Windows Imaging and Fax viewer as your default viewer for TIF files.

How do I find the viewer for fax documents, It says that the fax document
cannot be displayed because my operating does not have a default viewer for
fax documents(.tif files)

Search for any file with the tif extension (*.tif).

Double click it.

You will get a dialog that says "Windows cannot open this file."

Select the radio button to "Select the program from a list."

Click OK.

Scroll through the list until you get to "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer."

Highlight it and check the box to "Always use the selected program to
open this kind of file."

Click OK
