Windows XP Fax service Problem

When receiving faxes with my windows xp fax service the
large majority of the faxes I receive are not rotated the
proper direction and come out squished together an
sometimes illegible. What can I do to alleviate this
problem?

Is this on your monitor or coming out of your printer after you recieve said
faxes?

It is both in the monitor and on the printer. The tif
images is in portrait and many of the faxes need to be
received in landscape. It seems that the fax monitor does
not recognize which orientation the income fax is in

If You go into XP Fax properties you have the option to change to
landscape or portrait for printing preference/ fax preference. Since XP
Fax is just a basic fax component I dont' think it can determine what
orientation the fax is, so you'll just have to change the orientation.
