You're kidding... right? ;-)

If not, firstly you're in the wrong newsgroup. This is for Messenger, an IM
client. Secondly (and to be helpful), this means that your video card is
sending information to the monitor at a speed that the monitor cannot deal
with. You will need to restart in safe mode, and select a lower speed
(frequency).
