RIS on Windows 2003 Standard

I've created a RIS image but when I try to push it out I get this error
"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\windows\system32\config\system"

I've tried restoring it to the same computer that I created the image from
and also to a different computer (same hardware) and still got the same
error both time.

How to fix please?

Thank you but how do I fix the problem so it does not occur when I install
via RIS?

Nevermind, look like it was a bad system.
Rebuilt the system and it RIS'd just find.

*everyday is monday around here*
