Windows XP aoto restarting

My PC restarting very often when I go to Internet, sometimes it's hard to
brink even the fist screen. We even reformated the computer, still the same.
Please help. Thank you

Press WinKey-Break,(or start/run 'sysdm.cpl'), click Advanced Tab, Start Up... area, Settings button, Remove check from
"Automatically Restart" On the next reboot, you will be able to read the error that caused the restart.

Mark, I'm getting errors like this:
0x00000044(0x81EC3008, 0x00001B90, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

and next one:

0x00000004(0x000000E8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x806BB896)

does it mean anything to you???
