Is there any way to stop the OS from displaying "What do you want Windows to
do?". Jeez, you would hope and pray, that the OS might figure out, that I
bring my work home every day, and every day the OS asks the same question.
Its a flash drive, dammit.

Hi Jim,

Try this:

Note that this will have to be repeated with each (different) USB
drive.

In Explorer right-click on the USB drive and select 'Properties'.
Click the 'Autoplay' tab.
For each type of media in the drop-down box click 'Select an action to
perform' and
click 'Take no action'
Click 'Apply' and 'OK' to exit.

Excellent. Never noticed the dropdown for media type. Thanks for the tip.
