windows wont copy to CD

windows wont copy to CD

windows wont let me copy files from my photo's or any files to cd.
every time I try nothing happens so I try again and it says that thr
requested resorces is in use.
I've tried to reboot but get the message "windows isworking with a file.
Either wait for windows to finish or close it before quiting windows.

how many photos and how big is the total file size you are trying to burn.???

sorry its a bit a a blanket answer but try having a look at the link below,
this may sound stupid, but i take it that you have ticked the recording tab
for the recoder you are using???

what ever the problem is, I can still copy files using my nero program

yes but you are trying to use the windows inbuilt recoder, so the problem
must be there, using a 3rd party system like nero is bypassing it, did you
check out the link i sent???? pete
