Windows Time update error

[Newb]

I am using fsecure internet firewall and antivirus. lately, only
recently. i have not been able to update the time manually or
automatically. any tips/tricks in doing so automatically?

If you are going to use f-Secure, use IE, tools menu, options, Security tab,
"trusted sites" Sites button, "https://time.windows.com"
