Windows restarts after Windows loading screen

I was playing WoW (World of Warcraft) wednesday night and my game froze up,
no big deal I thought... Just closed the program and tried to reload it, but
I got a 3D acceleration error. I sometimes but rarely get these... just
requires a restart to refresh it. In doing so, I restarted and loaded back
up WoW. Same thing happened, but not only did WoW freeze, my whole system
did. As I'm restarting my computer again, some of the video on the loading
screens had pixel issues, I didn't think anything of it. The Windows loading
screen comes up and as soon as it goes away, it's supposed to load my windows
logon screen, but instead it flashed this blue... im assuming error screen,
but only for a split seccond until my computer restarts itself.
My USB keyboard doesn't work anymore after this incident... in any USB slot,
but other USB controllers work in their slots.
I can load windows into safe mode, and I've tried system restore; it did not
work.

Any suggestions, tips, on what I should do to further troubleshoot. If it
requires new hardware, let me know.

Thanks :)

You need to post complete copies of Error Reports.

Please post a copy of the Stop Error Report.

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click on
the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure even after you have
solved the problem as it's better disabled. Check for variants of the
Stop Error message.

An alternative is to keep pressing the F8 key during Start-Up and select
option - Disable automatic restart on system failure.

If you are using a wireless keyboard and the F8 key does not work
substitute a wired keyboard and mouse for this exercise only.

Hope this helps.
