I purchased a new computer about three (3) months ago and when I bootup I get
a window that says Windows-No Disk. The message in the window say the
following
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameter 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c. This has become a real problem because it is very difficult to
get it off of the screen. I would go back the shop where I purchased it but
he has gone out of business. When this window is on the screen many
applications do not work or do not work properly. Need Help

Check youre BIOS settings, list C: as 1st boot device. Also, check youre
hardware
connections (cables,jumper pins,etc).
