While trying to log on to the internet, I received an
error message from my ISP that reads; Windows Networking
is not properly configured.

I also checked the Internet properties to check my dial up
network settings and received the following error message;

"Cannot load remote access connection manager service"
Error 711; a config error is preventing this connection'

thoughts???
