Dial Up Problem

Hi All,
Can any one help me in this issue. I am trying to create
an internet network connection using dial up model. But I
always find that this option is disables and only the
Broadband option is the active one.
I tried to add if from the properties on internet
explorer but it keeps giving me the following error:
"Cannot load the Remote Access Connection Manager service.
Error 711: A configuration error on this computer is
preventing this connection. for further assistance, click
More Info or search Help and Support Center for this
error number."
If i go to services and try to start the Remote Accress
Connection Manager Service, it does not start giving
me "Error 5: Access is denied"

Can anyone help me please what to do?

I had the same problem. I tried it all but it still gave
